2. I don’t have a website yet. Can I still get Deliver?

Yes, you can still benefit from Deliver. you can easily integrate Deliver to your Facebook or Google My Business page.

3. Is it complicated to integrate Deliver onto the website I have now?

It couldn’t be simpler. An expert will guide you and help you integrate your solution onto your website. We have even designed a Guide for you to follow if you feel ready to integrate your solution on your own.

4. Can I stop Deliver before/after the three free months?

Deliver is commitment free. This means that you are free to unsubscribe at any time without any cost whatsoever.
If you unsubscribe before the end of the 3 free months, we will deactivate your solution and no fee will be charged to your account.
If you unsubscribe after the first 3 months, your subscription will end on the next monthly anniversary and we will deactivate your solution.

5. How can I cancel if the solution does not work for me?

You have two options:

  • You can write to us at the address and tell us the date when you’d like to cancel. (Thank you for using the email address you provided when you registered)
  • Or you can call customer service at 1-855-254-6536

6. Will Deliver be able to support my type of activity?

If you don’t find your business sector on our website and you have any doubts, don’t worry. We invite you to make a 15-minute appointment where our experts will analyze your activity and let you know if the Click & Collect solution is right for you. Link RDV

7. How much time will I need to wait before I can use Deliver?

It’s just about instant. As soon as you register, we will provide you with all the tools you need to integrate your solution onto your website and adjust any settings. If this feels too complicated for you, just book an appointment with one of our experts and they will take care of everything.

8. Can I change my Deliver settings once it’s installed?

Of course! After you finish your training with one of our experts, you will be free to change and adjust your solution. You’ll be in control 100% of the time.
That said, if you encounter any difficulty or don’t feel confident, our customer service team is available Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

9. Can I implement an online payment system?

Make your customers’ experience that much easier and choose to activate an online payment option. You are free to set up online payments as you wish. On the day of their booking, your client just needs to drop by and enjoy your services.
